Digital Literacy Services is here to help learners develop their 21st-century skills and feel more empowered in their academic journey. To achieve this, we support the use of Blackboard as well as safe and accessible learning technologies that can help them explore new abilities. Our workshops and learning opportunities are designed to help learners build positive relationships with educational technology. Digital Literacy Services provides day-to-day support for learners on technology applications and practices that complement blended and online learning experiences. Writing & Communication Consultations provides free, one-on-one appointments with trained staff to assist students at any stage of the writing process, including help with formatting guidelines like APA and MLA. Through these consultations, students can gain a clearer understanding of common writing topics such as focus, organization, structure, and formatting. These consultations are not limited to written pieces but extend to various forms of communication, including oral presentations, visual elements, electronic communications, and multimedia projects.

Study Hubs provide specialized support through two dedicated labs, ensuring students receive the help they need in their academic journey. The STEM Tutoring Lab offers drop-in assistance for math and science courses, staffed by well-qualified tutors who are ready to help students for as long or as little as needed without requiring an appointment.

The ASC Writing Center caters to students seeking English and writing assistance, with tutors available to help with brainstorming, citations, and other writing needs. While drop-in assistance is welcome, appointments are recommended for individualized attention and can be reserved through Navigate.
