Notary Public Training
What does a Notary Public do?
In the United States, many legal documents require the impartial signature and seal of a Notary Public in order to be processed and finalized. Notary Publics witness the signing of important documents such as property deeds, wills, and business contracts and confirm signatories’ identities. In North Carolina, a Notary is a certified and appointed public officer of the State.
